CarrylineUSA
Conveyors that bend to the plant, not the other way round.
Since 1963 CarryLine AB — the inventor of the plastic side-flexing chain conveyor — has been providing equipment and systems worldwide. CarrylineUSA's modular equipment is ideal for horizontal and vertical light to medium weight product handling.
The system
A conveyor system normally consists of a drive unit, curves, leg supports, conveyor beams and transfers. The components combine in many different ways to meet your material handling path while optimizing floor space.
CarrylineUSA's standard conveyor system is available in six different widths and is made in anodized aluminum or stainless steel. The system can be modified as your production needs change.
Because the range is modular, the curve radius, bed, tangent, drive and idler lengths are all variables rather than constraints. That is what lets us fit a line into the space you actually have.
Conveyor systems
Choose the construction, then the chain.
Plastic chain conveyors
Segmented Acetyl chain links give radial flexibility, low wear and quiet running — the core of the CarrylineUSA range.
Aluminum conveyors
Lightweight, cost-effective anodized aluminum beams. Chain widths from 24 mm to 220 mm.
Stainless steel conveyors
Drainage channels, stainless fasteners and welded or strip-assembled joints for wet and dry hygienic processes.
Vertical & space-saving
When the floor runs out.
Components & parts
Modular is only useful if the parts are stocked.
Our CarrylineUSA modular components are offered across every conveyor series, so the design of your system can be specific to your product width and features.
Component options include a diverse range of chain styles, beam support, beam brackets, guiding, and vertical and horizontal curve sections — held in our Kentucky stocking center for new builds and replacement parts alike.

CarrylineUSA designed a top of the line, first of its kind double helix spiral conveyor. CarrylineUSA allowed me to collaborate with the design closely and was responsive to my feedback, unlike other companies I've worked with in the past. The spiral conveyor has been in continuous operation for over 2 years now and we still haven't had an issue, which I think speaks for itself.

I've been more than pleased with our CarrylineUSA conveyor. They provided us with a cost competitive solution for pallet transfer in a difficult line layout. The system was also very easy to retrofit when our layout changed earlier this year. I highly recommend CarrylineUSA conveyor and will continue to look for opportunities to use them in the future.

Happy to report the dual spiral conveyors are performing flawlessly during acceptance testing, and at the customer site. Your team delivered the equipment as promised, and exceeded our expectations on delivery. We sourced multiple other spiral conveyor manufacturers and they all declined to accept the project due to the complexity and level of difficulty. This project would not have been possible without the creativity and unique design solutions by CarrylineUSA.
